Who We Are
Zarah Colombian Emeralds is an independent specialist in the international supply of Colombian emeralds, combining professional gemmological expertise with a direct presence in Colombia’s principal emerald-producing region.
Our team includes a Gem-A qualified gemmologist with direct mine-level access in western Boyacá and a second-generation member of one of Colombia’s established emerald mine-owning families. With operations in Bogotá and a direct presence across the Muzo and Maripí mining region, Zarah operates within the industry at origin.
We supply cut emeralds, rough material, matched and calibrated stones, wholesale quantities and fine jewellery to collectors, jewellers, wholesalers, specialist rough buyers and clients internationally.

Our team operates directly within the Muzo and Maripí emerald-producing region of western Boyacá, with mine-level access and direct relationships with miners, mine owners and established members of the local emerald trade.
Our independent structure allows us to work across the region according to the requirements of each client, supported by first-hand knowledge and clear information regarding the origin and provenance of the emeralds we supply.
